Chapter 2 targets intelligence as the brain connection of primary concern to leadership practice. Chapter 3 offers a structure and process that organize information about the physiological, social, emotional, constructive, reflective, and dispositional nature of the brain, with accompanying implications for leaders. Chapter 4 examines the nature of leadership with particular attention to the influence of context. Chapter 5 interprets perception as the mental process by which humans see and understand their world.
