Legally STUPiD responds to the 50-year old question, "Why can't Johnny read?" He doesn't have to read. Johnny has "legal" permission to not read on his own and must be read to. Writing assignments are done in "group learning" activities where Johnny is encourage to leach off motivated learners who'll do all the work and share the grade.
